做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
