做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
