做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
