做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
