做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
