做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
