做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
