做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
