做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
