做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
