做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
