做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
