做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
