做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
