做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
