做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
