做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
