做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
