做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
