做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
