做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
