做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
