做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
