做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
