做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
