做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
