做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
